Beulah Barss holds a home economics degree from the University of Saskatchewan, an MA from the University of Calgary, and qualified as a dietitian at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal. She is dedicated to preserving the rich heritage of ranching and pioneering experiences, particularly regarding food and cooking.
