<b>Frank Iacobucci</b>, CC KC LSM OMRI, is a retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada and the first Italian-Canadian, allophone judge to serve on the court. Born in Vancouver, BC, to Italian immigrant parents, Iacobucci had a long and distinguished career in private practice academia, and civil service before being appointed to the judiciary. He retired in 2004.
