<b>Holly Quan</b> is an author and freelance writer living in the foothills of southwestern Alberta. In addition to several non-fiction books, she has written documentary film scripts; a novel; and numerous articles on travel, food, horses, marketing, and other topics for newspapers and magazines. When she’s not busy writing she loves to ski, ride, hike, swim, drink wine with her friends, and howl at the moon.
