<b>Kat Cearns</b> is a visual artist living and working on the traditional territory of the K’ómoks, Snaw-naw-as, and Te’mexw Treaty Association on Central Vancouver Island. Growing up and living on Vancouver Island has instilled in her a great appreciation for the natural world that is reflected in her art. Working in a variety of media, she focuses on colour, movement, and light to create a story in each image she creates.
