<b>Tom Aversa</b> is the co-author of <i>Birds of Southwestern British Columbia</i>, <i>Birds of the Puget Sound Region</i>, and <i>Birds of the Willamette Valley Region</i>. He lives in Maine, where he participates in citizen science and enjoys teaching about wildlife and mentoring young naturalists while working to conserve land for the Sebasticook Regional Land Trust.
